For service cancellations, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged. There is a 10-minute grace period. Anything past that grace period will be rescheduled and can result in a fee. The following applies to appointment holders with services at the facility location; Late arrivals will be rescheduled and the deposit/booking fee/s is forfeited. No minors allowed.
